2. Services Offered

The company offers:

  • AI Agents: Digital employees that read emails, extract data, fill forms, and make simple decisions
  • AI Automation: Automating workflows between business applications (WooCommerce, SmartBill, Google Sheets, CRM)
  • Custom AI Chatbots: Chatbots trained on company products and policies, available on website or WhatsApp, 24/7
  • AI Consulting: Analysis of company processes and automation recommendations

3. Collaboration Process

3.1 Initial Consultation

  • First 30-minute consultation is free
  • Requirements analysis and technical recommendations
  • Time, cost estimation and implementation plan
  • No obligation for further collaboration

3.2 Offer and Contract

  • Offers are valid for 30 days from issuance
  • Contract requires both parties' signatures
  • Technical specifications are an integral part of the contract

3.3 Project Execution

  • Weekly progress updates
  • Functional demos at milestone completion
  • Continuous testing and quality assurance
  • First working automation within 1-3 weeks

4. Obligations of the Parties

4.1 NATIX SRL Obligations

  • Development according to agreed specifications
  • Meeting delivery deadlines
  • Testing and quality assurance
  • Complete technical documentation
  • Usage training
  • Technical support during warranty period
  • Client data confidentiality

4.2 Client Obligations

  • Providing necessary information
  • Feedback at agreed deadlines
  • Payment according to contract
  • Testing and accepting deliverables

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Simple automations: 300-500 EUR
  • Custom chatbot: from 1.500 EUR
  • Maintenance packages: from 100 EUR/month

Payment is stage-based — you only pay for what works. The exact scheme is established at contract signing.

We accept bank transfer. Invoicing according to Romanian legislation with VAT.

6. Warranty and Support

We offer warranty for all delivered automations and chatbots, which includes:

  • Bug fixes and functionality errors
  • Compatibility updates
  • Security patches
  • Technical support for usage issues

7. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and full payment, the client receives the complete source code, technical documentation, necessary licenses, and rights to use and modify. Solutions may include open-source or licensed components that remain under their original licenses.

8. Confidentiality

  • We protect all client confidential information
  • We do not disclose project details to third parties
  • Team members sign confidentiality agreements
  • We delete sensitive data after project completion
  • GDPR and Romanian legislation compliance

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability limited to contract value for direct damages
  • We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
  • We exclude liability for delays caused by the client
  • We are not liable for issues caused by external factors

10. Contract Termination

10.1 Termination by Client

  • 30 days written notice
  • Payment for work performed
  • Handover of materials developed to date

10.2 Termination by NATIX SRL

  • Non-payment at due date (after 15 days delay)
  • Serious breach of contractual obligations
  • 15 days notice for remediation

11. Dispute Resolution

Procedure:

  1. Direct negotiation (30 days)
  2. Mediation (authorized mediator)
  3. Court (Bucharest Tribunal)

Applicable law: Romanian legislation.
